WestEnd Capital Management, LLC (“WCM”) is an independent asset management company. WCM was founded in July 2002, by Charlie Bolton, Sean Cooper and Gus Ozag, to provide clients with custom-designed asset management strategies, specifically tailored to their investment preferences and risk tolerance guidelines. In April 2004, George Bolton joined WCM; he brings value added market experience and significant assets to the firm.

In 2000 and 2001 we saw many investors being over-charged for under-performing investments such as mutual funds, and decided to create WCM in an attempt to provide investor with an alternative. We founded WCM with the goal of creating a place for investors where they could receive a new style of investment service and support, as well as superior performance. We are not broker/dealers and derive absolutely no income from transaction charges. This means that there is no incentive for us to churn your investments. Our sole incentive is the performance of your account.
