As of May 2006 Westend had $180 million
under management and is looking to grow to be $400 million
under management. Below is information on investing with
us. Please contact us directly for additional information
or to schedule an in person or phone consultation.
Initial Consultation
In an initial consultation, you will meet
with one or all of the partners, whom will describe WestEnd
Capital Management and its objectives. In the course of
the discussion, your needs as an investor will be determined
by taking into account factors such as your age, total
assets, financial goals and specific risk profile. You
will be given detailed information on the different types
of accounts we manage.
Financial Planning
In addition to helping you select the type
of account most suited to your needs, our resident Certified
Financial Planner (CFP), Gus Ozag, can help you with more
complex financial planning issues, such as retirement,
tax and estate planning, risk management, and college
funding concerns.
Our in-house professional portfolio manager
and market analyst, Sean Cooper (CMA and CPIM) can also
assist you in developing your objectives into a solid
investment portfolio along with market analysis and feedback.
Statements, Reporting and Results
Clients who invest with us receive a monthly
statement from our custodian, Fidelity Investments, showing
all transactions that were undertaken on your account,
and all outstanding balances. You will also receive quarterly
performance reviews from us that simply and clearly sum
up the performance of your individual account.
At WestEnd Capital Management we will always
be happy to answer any additional queries or questions
that you may have. We value frequent communication with
our clients as their feedback is the best monitor of our
performance. We want to meet regularly with you in order
to discuss the performance, asset allocation and stock
selections of your portfolio. By meeting we can respond
quickly to any changes in your investment objectives or
risk profile and if warranted, can adopt either a more
aggressive or a more conservative investment strategy
depending on your needs.
