At WestEnd, we distinguish between different
types of managed accounts:
Long
Term Capital Gains "LTC" Implements a strategy of
purchasing securities for holding periods of (12)
months or more.
The
annual fee for this type of account
is 1.5%.
Aggressive A total return driven strategy
that is more tactical that the LTC account. The primary
focus is total return and capital preservation, utilizing
in part short term market volatility. It does not
take into account long term holdings for tax reasons.
As of the Effective Date, and at all times during
the term of the account management, either the Account
has and will have a market value of at least $750,000
or Client’s net worth exceeds and will exceed $1,500,000.
The fee for this account is
1.5% and a performance fee at the end of the
calendar year.
